Default I need to paste a page (WYSIWYG) from a PDF file to a word doc. .

I only have acrobat reader and copying the text yields un readable flow. Any
way to work around this problem?

Get the full version of Acrobat or one of the freebie clones and save as
Word or RTF. How WYSIWYG your result will be depends on how the original was
created -- if it was created in a page design program like Corel, it won't
be even remotely close.
