Can I have 2 different address blocks in 1 merge form letter?
I am sending real estate notices to owners of properties. I need to insert
owner addys up top and a different site address in the body of the letter. When I have attempted to simply insert a second field - the new block populates both and the stie information shows in both blocks. Please advise if you can... thanks! |

Don't use the address block field. Use the individual fields that make up
the addresses you want to display. http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm may help (regardless of the reference to labels in the URL) -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org JenniferAnderson wrote: I am sending real estate notices to owners of properties.
