Default Styleref

I am at a loss as to how to begin using the Styleref feature. I'm using Word
2000 and the instructions, as well as anything else I've found, seem to skip
steps for me. I need someone to give me the baby steps.

Look in Word's help under "Dictionary-style headers and footers."

I have a styleref tutorial at
http://addbalance.com/word/download.htm#Tutorials. If you use it, let me
know what you think.
