Is it possible to have the Croatian Alphabet on Word 2003 ?

It is possible. You can enter most any language into Word if you have the
appropriate keyboard and/or IME.

To enable Croatian language features in Word (and other Office applications)
go to Start All Programs Microsoft Office Office Tools Language
Settings and, if you have the proofing tools installed you can add Croatian.

To enable a Croatian keyboard go to Control Panel Regional Settings
Languages (tab) Details. Click on Add and select Croatian from the list.

I don't know Croatian so I don't know what else you might need and wouldn't
recognise it if I saw it
