In Word, click on Tools | Options | File Locations, and note the location of
your Word startup folder. Close Word. Start My Computer or Windows Explorer, and browse to your Word startup folder. Delete the DVZ(something).dot file from the startup folder. At some time you have installed an add-in (Dataviz?) to Word and then not
removed it correctly. See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...sInstalled.htm Part of the add-in is still present and is attempting to call the DLL that runs the add-in functions (which is not present). -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org jeff hoggard wrote: thanks, i tried that and the pop up still appears.
