Open files without reopening WORD
Currently, every time I open a WORD document, my system opens the WORD
software again. As a result, I have multiple WORD programs open at once. I'd like to have multiple files open in ONE open WORD program. Help, please! Thx. |

Open files without reopening WORD
In Word 2000 and later, each document opens in its own window; these are NOT
separate instances of Word. If you want all the documents to be in the same window, in Word 2002 and 2003, you can clear the check box for "Windows in Taskbar" on the View tab of Tools | Options. -- Suzanne S.
