Default how to talk it type it,for free

hi i.m not able,to use the key board for long periods due to my
dissabilitywas told ov programs,that u tell the comp wot you want to do and
it is able to do this for you??but i carn,t aford to bye one..can anybody
sergest,any thing please

If you are using Office XP or later, it contains Speech Recognition ability.
