template for DVD cases like you get at the video store
I buy DVD cases to put my recordings into. You make a page to insert into
the outside under the plastic that wraps around. They are 7 1/8" high by 10 1/2" wide and the spline has to have the name on it. I have been doing my own but they do not look professional. |

You can use a three cell table width fixed cell sizes to contain your data,
but Word isn't flexible enough to give a professional result.
