Hi,

How do you create a letter with fill-in fields that will be used by a
variety of people?

I have Word 2002

Thank you,

What you are talking about is probably what Word calls an "online form."
Check this in help. For more about online forms, follow the links at
http://addbalance.com/word/wordwebresources.htm#Forms or
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...nTheBlanks.htm especially Dian
Chapman's series of articles. You may also want to look at

Hope this helps,

Thank you for your reply. I took a look at the links you sent -- I do need
to have the ability for users to make changes in the document so it looks
like I am looking at creating a template with fill-in fields.

Thanks, bpwilcox
