Default Fonts displaying differently

I have a document that I created in Word 2002. When I open it up to make
changes, the ' (apostraphes) appear correctly. When I open my doc up in Word
2003 the apostraphes change to equal signs. I can't figure out why this is
doing this.....can anyone help me find out why?

Thanks

The document was originally created on a computer that has WordPerfect's WP
Typographic Symbols font installed. The computer where Word 2003 is running
doesn't have that font. You'll have to do a Replace operation to find all
characters in that font and change them appropriately. See
