Default Deleting contacts in Address Book

How do I RESET Everything in The Address Books ?
I have Cleared All but the Recipients When I Click on a Name to Delete. It
says To Go To GROUPS How Do I get to GROUPS to Delete Them & Enter NEW Names

How do I RESET Everything in The Address Books ?

The address book Word uses comes from an email application. Usually (but not
always, depending on what you have installed) from Outlook. So the people in
the Outlook newsgroup usually have a better idea how to deal with the address
book's idiosyncracies. Try asking in an Outlook group.
