Page Numbering A Book That Contains Multiple Sections.
I have Word 97 and this is my first time doing this. The first section of my
book I want to number i, ii, iii, iv etc. the 2nd section I want to number 1, 2, 3, 4 etc. the 3rd section will be numbered A-1, A-2, A-3, A-4 etc., and finially the last section will be number as INDEX 1, INDEX 2, INDEX 3 etc. I need to learn the rules that govern what needs to be done to go from one section to the next so the numbering will hold for the new section. Is there a simple explanation? Thanks. Neil |
