Same as in any other application. 'Print' to the fax driver.

For starters you need to have some form of fax software installed - with
Windows XP, this is just a matter of installing Windows Fax - I suspect there will be something similar in Vista. If not you will have to install third party software. Once that is present file print - pick the Fax driver - probably called 'Fax' and click OK.
