Default Hiding pages in Word

Is it possible to hide pages in word? Ie the first few pages will print, but
will not be viewable when the document is opened. Eg: my boss wants people
to be able to alter the final page of a document without having to scroll
through all the static pages ahead of it. is this possible?

any help much appreciated!

You can format the text as hidden, and choose not to display, but print,
hidden text.
