open an Microsoft Office Document Image Writer file
MS Office Document Imaging files are graphics. They can be opened in Microsoft Office Document Imaging and 'Sent' to Word via the
Document Imaging OCR feature, or you can copy and paste graphic pages from Document Imaging, or you can use. In Word you can use Insert=Picture to place one of the Document Imaging files files into Word as a graphic, if it was saved as a ..TIF file, but not if it's a .MDI file. If it's a multipaged document image only the first page will show in Word. Microsoft Office Document Imaging (if installed) would usually appear under Start=Programs=Microsoft Office=Microsoft Office Tools ============ "Confused" wrote in message ...
