I saw that one time on a brand new printer. We tore it apart and found a
tiny piece of the Styrofoam packing blocks stuck in the gears. Get a good
flashlight and a pair of tweezers ready.

letter in the copy machine "cocked" or did not line up the page straight
before making the copy, SO when the page prints, the whole doc. or letter
