All the fonts are coming up in what looks like egyptian writing,all
dots,circles and squares.cannot read any of desktop or documents written in
word.Control panel,everything is illegible.please can anyone help.It might
help to say that all was well until my grandson changed the font in a word
document so can only presume this has affected all the computer.has he
re-formatted something,if so, how do i get it all back.Tried system restore
but no good.cant go into settings because I cannot read anything. please
