having trouble with margins

Default How do i get the margins back onto a word file?
When i am in a word file my margins are gone and i cannot figure out how to
get them back displayed. I can click on the side on my paper and the margin
stuff pops up but i would like it visible again. (the margin information is
normally at the top of the document)

please help
