Sorry, but there seems to be a problem with REF in footers.
When I put { REF Qname } in my footer and then protects the form, the field
code disappears.

Any ideas?

I need to do a document where the supplicant enters his/her
name,
and this
name reprinted in the footer.

I don't want to mess with VB, if possible.
