Printout is different for different users
Thanks, i'll check these possiblilities and let you know if one of them
solves the mystery. : )

Can't be *absolutely* sure, but I'll bet my lunch money that it has to do
with;
a) A font variation - maybe the same _name_ but a different variation. Don't
just check in the doc, compare the content of their Windows Fonts folder, or
b) A printer setting nestled away somewhere in the printer options, possibly
referring to paper quality, "print optimizing", etc. Click the Properties
button in the upper right corner of the Print dialog & poke around. Perhaps
one system is set to allow printer font substitution & the other is not (HP
printer, by any chance?). Also check the ToolsOptionsPrint & make sure one
user doesn't have Draft Output selected.

I have 2 users who have the exact same system, both have office xp standard
installed, have sp3 installed, and both print to the exact same printer
using
the exact same drivers. However, they can also print the exact same word
document, without making any changes to the file, and it comes out on
paper
formatted differently. They are also both using the same fonts and style,
but one user's printout is "more condensed" than the other's on the page.
Any suggestions as to what might be causing this, or a setting i'm not
thinking of somewhere that could affect this?
