I understand how to make it print or not print, my only problem is that if
I
"filesave astemplate" the document when it is loaded on another computer
if
sets the margins properly but not the backgorund image.. I need a way to
attach the image in the template file if possible. If it comes to it our
staff isnt that big (20-30) and I could set it up on each computer
seperately, but thsi seems the least acceptable option.. perhaps a
globally
shared template on the network could be implemented, if so is it possible
to
direct a template to a specific file stored loaclly for the background? In
that way I could still have the basketball coaches letterhead and the
football coaches letterhead display on each users computer yet use the
single
template file

It will print, or not, depending on the user's settings to print
drawings.

You might want to take a look at: How to set up letterhead or some other
document where you want one header on the first page and a different
header
on other pages. http://www.addbalance.com/word/headersfooters.htm This
gives
step-by-step instructions. (It also has the following links)

(for simulating different margins on different pages, among other things)

Hope this helps,
