In Excel, make the cell containing our text the active cell and then press
Shift then click Edit + Copy Picture; in the dialogue that appears, select As
Shown when printed (this removes the cell boundaries from your copy, asuming
that you have not switched this option on).
In Word, click Edit + Paste Special and then OK.

You may need to increase the size of the picture in Word to make the text
clearer.

Can anyone help? this is probably a simple query, but right now I am
struggling!!! I would like to add text to a graphic, but I would like to
slant the text upwards! Easy in Excel! But can I do it in Word? I have
copied and pasted from Excel (as a Picture) but cant believe that it is not
possible in Word itself? Any tips gratefully received.
