There are occassions when i cannot use the icons and menus and the mouse rigt
clisk in a word document unless I leave the document and come back. Example
- I generate a document (all my docs are generated) using mail merge and when
i click on the print icon it does not engane unless I open another opened
doc or program and then pull the doumen back up and then I can use the icons.
same thing if I use the spell check icon or try to access a menu

It is not form specific or evencomputer specific - have smae problem on
another computer at my house

i am using windows 2000

any ideas
