Default how MS Word read a text? can I save it as an audio file?

What version of Office do you have? If using Office 2003 then "Speak"
is a function of Speech Recognition and the Language toolbar. Turn on
your Language toolbar and locate the "Speak" command. Note you may
need to open the Options menu (the down pointing arrow at the end of
the toolbar) to add them to the toolbar.

If you do not see the Language toolbar, go to Tools/Speech and click
the Microphone command to turn speech recognition off if necessary.

Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Requests for
assistance by email can not be acknowledged.
