WANT TO COPY A LETTER BUT MARK IT A COPY
Marnie,
Another method a lot of people use- if you want it on the electronic
copy and not just on the printed document- is to put some WordArt in
the Header/Footer view. This way, each page of the electronic "paper"
has the mark and you can type over the "paper" as usual.
1) View Header and Footer
2) From the Drawing toolbar, click Insert WordArt and type in desired
text
3) Format the WordArt as you want.
4) While still in the Header/Footer view, move the WordArt to where you
want it on the page.
5) Close the Header and Footer veiw.
