Default what is the meaning of "Psychiatric" or "Sycatirc"

"Psychiatric" applies to a situation where one person, of doubtful
stability, seeks advice from another who is often totally mad! This is
sometimes observed to happen in Word newsgroups.

"Sycatric" is a word invented by psychiatric patients (who cannot spell
psychiatric) when they blog on the web. It also has appeared on Word
newsgroups where it is, itself, misspelled "Sycatirc" by the OP .
