All drop down menus have been replaced by PDF converter items
My employer is running Word 2003 and Scansoft PDF Converter. He says that he
didn't update either program, nor tinker with any of the settings, yet all
the drop down menus in Word suddenly only offer the PDF Converter options.
I've tried resetting the menu options to their default settings, but it
didn't change anything. None of our Word options are available and I'm not
having any luck with PDF Converter's support. (I could probably get help if
we were willing to pay for it.)
Any ideas?
