If this is Word 2003 or earlier, you can easily reconstruct the
AutoText entry. First put the cursor in a footer (or any paragraph
formatted with the Footer style). Type the code
FILENAME \p
Select the code (be careful not to include the paragraph mark if it
immediately follows the p), and press Ctrl+F9 to make it a field.
Select the field and press Alt+F3; in the dialog that appears, enter
the name "Filename and path" (without quotes). Be sure to save
Normal.dot if you're prompted when you close Word.
If it's Word 2007, see

When I go into:

Header Footer
'click' to get the footer
'click' Auto Text drop-down menu
The selection "Filename and Path" is not there. "Filename" is there, but I
want the name and path in my footers.
Can some kind person tell me how to add it to the Header/Footer drop down
choices? Please?
