Default select text/VB question

I've been working on code for Word and hit a block: What command do I use to
select (highlight) where the cursor is currently located ---and then end
select where it is (for instance) ^p^p? Because the location of the specific
paragraphs is different per document, I cannot simply command to find
Paragraph 1, etc. Additionally, the length of the selection desired is of
variable length. ^p^p is an identifying ending in the selection. (The
example below needs to be selected from K1 through the last None, although
the number of lines to select varies,). Thanks!
