Jay,
Thank you for the try. I did download the file and will try it but, earlier
today, I was talking to the Microsoft Help people and they brought up the
Add-in you referenced . . . saying, specifically, that it doesn't work. In
their good time, the MS people will probably build this capability into
Service Pack # ? to Office 2007. Until then, (and unless I get help from
others), I guess I will have to use the Word 2 workaround.
Again, thank you!

I have clients using a mix of word processing applications . . .especially
WORD and WordPerfect. Recently, I upgraded to Office 2007 and found that WORD
2007 documents cannot be saved in WordPerfect format. My earlier Word (Word
2003) had an add-in that allowed this.
As a "work around" one can save the WORD document in WORD 2.0 (which
WordPerfect CAN read) but there is significant re-formatting work to do.
Saving as WORD 6.0 is worse but, still, will allow a WordPerfect read.
Does anyone else have a better solution?
MVP Graham Mayor has the old WordPerfect converter posted for download
on his site http://www.gmayor.com/downloads.htm. I don't know whether
it works properly with Word 2007, but it's worth a try.
