The error message suggests a printer driver problem. I would suggest that
you go to HP's website and see if there is a later driver for your printer
(yes... Word 2007 is very demanding on printer drivers, and an older driver
can cause Word to crash when closing).

When I sign off Word 2007 I get an error message and request to send info
to
Microsoft.
This happens repeatedly, the error info it reports is:
" Appname winword.exe App ver 12.0.4518.1014 App stamp 45428028 Mod name
hpz3r4v2dll Mod ver 61.63.2470 mod stamp 45949944
f debug 0 offset 00045a98"
Once I send it off to Microsoft another screen opens saying Word can't
find
a file "~WRS ....... The balance of the number varies every time it
happens",
with an OK option.
Then program then closes, then reopens, then I close again...
I run XP home, al updates, lots of RAM and Disc space, my version of
Office
is home & student
I also ran the Office 2007 diagnostics through Word and all tests were
reoported OK.
Any help in resolving would be appreciated.
