Default Completing word of phrase in Word 2007

2007 still has AutoText and AutoComplete but they function very differently
from the way they did in 2003; they are incorporated in building blocks,
which include built-in preformatted text such as cover pages, headers,
footers and table; custom building blocks can also be created

Do the following to create and the insert an AutoText entry (such as a
phrase):

1. Create the AutoText building block:

Select the text or graphics you want included in the new building block
To store paragraph formatting, include the paragraph mark ¶ in the
selection
To store only the text and any direct font formatting or formatting from a
character style, omit the paragraph mark ¶

Either press ALT+F3 or, on the Insert tab, in the Text group, click Quick
Parts and click Save Selection to Quick Part gallery to display the Create
New Building Block dialog box

Fill out the information in the Create New Building Block dialog box
NAME: Type a name for the building block; see AutoComplete, below for the
importance of using unique names if you want to take advantage of this feature
GALLERY (TYPE): In the drop-down list, select AutoText (if you choose
Quick Parts, it will appear as soon as you click Quick Parts, on the Insert
tab, in the Text group
CATEGORY: Accept default General
DESCRIPTION: Type a description only if you wish
SAVE IN (TEMPLATE): Accept the default; If not, click the name of the
template in the drop-down list
A template must be open to be displayed in the drop-down list of
template names
Building blocks can be saved in the Building Blocks.dotx template
(default), the Normal template or the attached document template, if
different, by making the selection in the Save in drop-down list box

OPTIONS (BEHAVIOR): Accept the default; otherwise, from the Options
drop-down list box
Select Insert content in its own page to place the building block on a
separate page with manual page breaks before and after the building block
Select Insert in own paragraph to make the text into its own paragraph, even
if the insertion point is in the middle of a paragraph
Select Insert content only for all other text and graphics

Click OK

2. Insert a specific building block of the AutoText type
Begin typing the unique name; type enough so that the name is different from
that of any other building block; press F3 and the AutoText will be inserted;
there are no AutoComplete tips; F3 works for every gallery

In Word 2003 I could automatically have word complete my name or phase like
To Whom It My Concern. Does Word 2007 have any of these features.

Thank you
