You need to deal with the spaces. It took me some time with my old eyes to
spot the fact that between the POW and the four digits at the end you had
about 20 non breaking spaces followed by a single regular space and then the
four digits. Try a copy and paste of
[0-9 ]{1,}[A-Z ]{1,}[ ]{1,}[ ][0-9]{4}
