in your STARTUP folder as an add-in template or just go to Tools
Templates and Add-ins (2003 and prior) and Browse to Add the
template manually.
Open your Master Document and run the BoilerPlate toolbar button
and it will ask you to add the documents on the right to the left
column. I think the new one has the option to put a section break
between each document being added - Just test it first.
Always setup your subdocs which are just documents based on the
one template (same as your master document) and it will flow in
really well.
