Default How do I increase the No. of delivery address lines on envelopes

The Envelope dialog formats the address on the envelope with the Envelope
Address style, which includes a frame with a fixed size. You can modify that
style to provide more room.

In the Styles and Formatting task pane, set the Show dropdown to "All
styles". Then right-click the Envelope Address style and click Modify. In
the dialog that appears, check the box for "Add to template" and then click
the Format button at the bottom and choose Frame. In the next dialog, in the
Size group, change the Height dropdown from Exactly to Auto. Click OK in
each dialog.

See http://www.gmayor.com/changing_envelope_layout.htm for illustrated
instructions.

MS Office 2003, Word - Menu item :Tools/Letters and

When typing an address into the 'Delivery address:' window for
envelopes, Word will only print the first 6 lines of text.
Occasionally we need more than 6 lines, how can I increase the number
of lines Word will print?
