Default incorrect letters being automatically inserted

OK, I finally got it fixed but I'm still not exactly sure what was wrong. It
had something to do with the clipboard and the edit function. I just went
through the options and made single changes and then checked it and after I
cleared the clipboard it seemed to work OK. Funny, because I had done a
couple of hard boots so I would've thought that would clear the clipboard.
Well, whatever, it's midnight and I'm going to bed! Thanks for the help and
the company.

Have you looked at Windows Control Panel | Keyboardk | Input Locales to make

OK, guys, I know this forum is for Word and my problem might be keyboard,

but
could someone give me a hint? This is also happening in email and even in
this post. Has anyone run across this kind of glitz w/their keyboard.

JSYK,
the keyboard is set correctly, as is the Word language.

Using MS Word 2003 on a MSXPHE and all of a suđen when typing words with
double letters, the program is automatically changing the typing to

foreign
letters with dialetical marks. For instance, if I type blood i get

blơd - or
if I type sudden I get suđen, or I type seems and I get sêms. I think

this
is something to do with the keyboard because it only happens when I type
double letters. I know there's a simple fix, please help me!
