comments formatting
Just checked my document in Word 2002 and the style name to look for is
definitely "Comment Text" - this is the default style for comments. If you
have a style called "COMMENTS" you might need to replace it....
Here's a handy trick for converting styles...
Use Edit...Replace and look for "^p" (without the quotes) and set the style
via the Format button ("Style A") of the Find Text to be whatever you want to
replace... (If you can't see tjhe Format button in the dialog click "More" to
show the advanced options)
In the replace box, you can either enter "^p" again or leave it blank as
long as you set the Replace style ("Style B") to be whatever you want it to
be (cursor must be in the Replace box to tell Word which style you are
setting)...
Replace All and all instances of Style A will be changed to Style B.
Click in some text in the Reviewing Pane and the "Style" drop down on the
Formatting toolbar will tell you want style the text is in if you are not
sure.
Hope that helps... you never know!
