You can also copy/paste just the index into a separate document, unlink it
(Ctrl+Shift+F9) and then print, but if all you want to do is print it, then
printing the sections it occupies will do the trick.

You ought to be able to print just the part of the document that has the
index, but with a multi-section document, it can be complicated. See the
Help topic "Print specific pages and sections". If the index is in its
own section, it may be a bit simpler.
