Default openeing a fle saved on a floppy disk

Hi thanks for your reply, I emailed the document from my work computer
straight to my home address, i have tried to open it from the email and also
tried to save it to my desktop and my documents, but it is still saying the
file is not available!! can you help? its just a word document!!

You shouldn't *open* the file from the floppy. You should display the
floppy in Windows Explorer (My Computer) and drag the file to My
Documents.

If you saved the file directly to the floppy (not copied from your hard
drive), it's possible you corrupted the file. Never save to removable
media.
Always save to your local drive then copy the file over in Windows
Explorer.
