[Lady P]

I wonder if anyone can help. A Swedish friend of mine has an 'o' in his name
with two little dots side by side, above this 'o'.
I can add it as a symbol to put in his name, but it doesn't seem to allow me
to chnage the size.
There has to be a better way of adding these letters of 'foreign' alphabets?
I've looked at changing the keyboard, but can't seem to do this, and I've
looked in fonts, but nothing there is any good to me either.
