If the user selects "Always" for field shading (Tools | Options | View), the
fields will be highlighted, but since the REF fields are designed to work
automatically, why does the user need to see them?

Is it possible to use hidden text? Will all users of this form be able to
see the hidden text or do they need to have that option checked?
