When I do an insert Outlook Contact into Word 2007 for making labels it does
not import the Company Name. It also adds "United States of America" as the
last line.

I would like to have it import the following:

First Name + Last Name
Company Name
Street Address
City, State, Zip

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
