I have numerous cross references in a document, as in "See Appendix C"
(Appendix C being the cross ref). When I update the TOC - F9 - a FEW of the
cross refs in the doc wind up with a page break inserted just before the
cross ref. Example - "Blah Blah Blah, See [page break]

then on next page

Appendix C ...

MOST cross refs don't have that happen.

Of course I don't want this to happen. Any ideas why/how?
