Default Word index at current cursor location

When you insert an index, it will be added at the insertion point. But note
that you must also mark entries to be included within the index. To mark
text, press Alt+Shift+X; this displays the Mark Index Entry dialog box. Then
insert an index, or update an existing index with F9. See
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/formatting/Createindex.htm.
