Hi!
Thanks for your help. But I couldn't locate
Word 2007:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft Office\12.0\Word\Data
as stated at the site. I've tired using the finder but it couldn't locate
it.
is there any way that i can search this data?
thanks!

The problem might be a corrupted Data key.
See "How to troubleshoot problems that occur when you start or use Word
2007
Word 2003, or Word 2002"

Hi,
Recently my windows went on an auto update and restarted while my
microsoft
words was still on and working. After it restarted, my microsoft words
fails
to work properly now. I am not able to use my mouse to select/highlight
the
words in the document, scroll using my mouse, select the spot that i
want.
I am not able to exit or close the application properly too.
I had uninstalled and reinstalled the whole office but it could not
solve
the problem. It would be great if anyone here is able to advise me.
Thank you!
