Default Office Button | Word Options

Hi Jim,

Well, I'm assuming you're not intentionally working on a procedure to *increase* the number of support calls for your company?

You can prepopulate the values for many of the entries, lock some out and reset others on each log in but there are items there that
are intended for the benefit of individual users to problem solve and more importantly, to get their work done. If folks are not
able to access *any* options you will be getting more support problems and you may well be limiting the effectiveness of people in
utilizing the tools you're spending a lot of money on. It's possible to establish standards for use without crippling the software.

All of the options for both the Office Customization Tool and for Group Policy are documented in the Office 2007 Resource Kit (ORK)

Is the a way through Group Policy or OCT to disable the Word Options button
so that users could not access the options.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreceiated
