Startup Pane doesn't appear
Word 2002 SP3
I have checked Startup Task Pane in Tools | Options | View but it does not
appear when Word is opened. It seems to open briefly, and is gone in a
flash. It is possible some network rule is preventing this from opening when
I start Word? When I click on File | New, it opens just fine.
