Default how do I print on top of a photo

I don't think you could have chosen a worse tool for CD labels than Word.
Publisher is better and Surething CD Labeller so much better that you will
wonder why you struggled for so long using Word for this.

However, if you set the background image to behind text and change the
brightness property to make it paler you can insert an unfilled, borderless
text box over it to take your text.

I'm trying to design a CD cover using Word, envelopes and labels.
I'd like to put a picture and have the title of my CD go on top of
the picture. The effect I'm trying to achieve is that the photo will
be faint as a background, and the title of the CD will appear typed
on top of the photo. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help.
