Default Controlling when a series of dashes auto-completes to a solid line

In Word 2002 and 2003, Tools | AutoCorrect Options | AutoFormat As You Type:
Automatic borders. See
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting...tRidOfLine.htm and
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/TameAutoFormat.htm

There are more controllable ways to apply borders.

Regarding when the typing of a series of dashes (hyphens) auto-completes
to a
solid horizontal line (after pressing Enter), where is that controlled
(i.e., toggled)?

In other words, when I do or don't want that to happen, where do I go to
set
it how I want it?

Thanks.
