For a start, use line breaks (Shift+Enter) to separate the lines in the
address instead of a paragraph break (Enter). For a more permanent solution,
make sure that the Envelope Address style in the given template (Normal.dot
by default) is formatted for Single spacing, with no Spacing Before or
After. Note that if you have modified the Normal style, then Envelope
Address (which is based on Normal), will be affected.

I've typed a letter in WORD 2003, and Tools, Letters and Mailings,
Envelopes
and Labels produces double-spaced address for recipient, which cuts off
the
last lines of an address more than four simple lines. How can I get a
single-spaced address other than creating a separate envelope document?
Is
this a Style issue or is it impossible?
